Production Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated Production Engineer to oversee and ensure local production capability with a strong focus on quality. The role owner will actively support on-site workers, solve technical issues, and drive continuous improvement in production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure production capability and maintain high-quality standards while driving continuous improvements.
• Plan and coordinate production activities to meet customer deadlines.
• Support on-site workers, collaborate with blue-collar employees when necessary, and provide training for workers and engineers.
• Identify and resolve technical production issues, working closely with the **Huawei Support Center** when needed.
• Monitor and ensure production continuity by proactively detecting requirements and addressing potential risks.
• Understand business needs, company policies, and procedures, and develop new processes to enhance operational control and quality.
• Assess production quality and capability, report key findings, identify challenges, propose solutions, and implement actions to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering
• Strong proficiency in English (Chinese language skills are a plus).
• Minimum of 3 years of on-site production experience.
• Resident in Ankara
• Ability to work on-site, demonstrate leadership, and create a productive work environment under high-pressure conditions.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other office tools, along with a solid understanding of Windows systems, Ethernet protocols, and server connections. Experience with command-based systems is an advantage.
• For male candidates, completion of military service or deferment for at least two years is required.
