❖ Plan and execute on the ground marketing activities, including instore displays, product launches, and brand activations.
❖ Design and manage marketing materials, and collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts into retail
channels.
❖ Develop and manage online campaigns, including social media, influencer partnerships, PR, and content creation.
❖ Monitor and optimize digital ad spend across platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram) to ensure efficient performance and ROI.
❖ Use data analytics tools to track campaign performance, adjust strategies, and report on key metrics.
❖ Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including media outlets, influencers, and local partners.
❖ Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.QualificationsExperience:
❖ A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in the Latin American market, with a particular focus on Mexico.
❖ Offline & Online Expertise: Proven track record in executing both offline (events, brand activations) and online marketing campaigns (social media, influencer marketing, PR, paid advertising).
❖ Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential for cross-market communication and content creation.
❖ Multi-tasking & Adaptability: Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks, and comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
❖ A high level of responsibility, with a proactive approach to driving projects and taking ownership of results.
❖ The role requires close collaboration with our China-based team, necessitating flexibility and effective communication across time zone differences to ensure smooth coordination and timely project execution.Apply
