[Publishing Center] Campus Marketing Manager, Malaysia吉隆坡互联网 / 电子 / 网游发行岗位职位描述Responsibilities: - Education Ecosystem Planning & Field Execution: 1. Design and implement scalable, replicable MLBB activation programs capable of rapid deployment across multiple cities and educational institutions (Primary Schools to Universities) simultaneously or in sequence. 2. Craft compelling narratives for programs, events, markting promotions, press releases and more, tailored to resonate with diverse audiences. 3. Manage part-time staff or student ambassador teams or agencies(vendors) or mods for effective execution. - Compliance & Stakeholder Management: 1. Maintain deep understanding and strict adherence to all relevant local/national regulations, school policies, and compliance requirements (e.g., venue usage, child protection laws, data privacy, promotional regulations, sponsorship rules). 2. Liaise effectively with school administrators, faculty, and student organizations to ensure full compliance for all activities, mitigating legal and reputational risks. 3. Manage any necessary government and/or school-level reporting, permitting, and approval processes related to events. - Cost Management, Performance Measurement & Reporting: 1. Develop detailed event budgets and maintain rigorous cost control over materials, venue fees, staffing, logistics, and merchandise. 2. Define clear KPIs for activations (e.g., Penetration Rate of schools ,Participants, New Registrations, Cost per Acquisition - CPA). 3. Track, analyze activation data, evaluate effectiveness, prepare post-event reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. - 3rd-Party Brand Integration & Partnerships: 1. Proactively identify, negotiate, and secure co-marketing/sponsorship partnerships with relevant student-facing brands (e.g., beverage, FMCG, electronics, fintech). 2. Manage partner relationships, ensuring brand alignment and adherence to campus compliance regulations.职位要求Requirements: - Minimum 5 years working experience with at least 1-2 years proven track record in partnerships, project management and/or marketing programs (fast moving industries / tech / gaming is a plus) - Excellent communication and execution skills, capable of overseeing scalable marketing programs, liasing with external stakeholders / partners and managing suppliers effectively (experience in government relationships and/or media relations are highly desirable) - Passion for MLBB / gaming (esports / gaming industry experience is a plus) - Proficient in English + Bahasa Malaysia for both written and spoken (Mandarin proficiency is a plus)投递
