[Publishing Center] Esports Community Marketing Manager 雅加达市场 - 营销策划发行岗位职位描述MOONTON is looking for a passionate and driven individual to drive our esports community marketing efforts in Indonesia. As the Community Marketing Manager in our ID esports team, this candidate's main responsibilities will be: 1. Leading all community management efforts across our audience base, i.e. franchise teams, superfans, students, moderators, established MLBB communities, content creators, and more. 2. Running community / marketing / partnership activations from end-to-end, from strategy and planning, to execution, tracking, and reporting. This candidate is expected to effectively leverage communities to drive key business priorities, such as running driving onsite attendance at MPL ID matches, running MPL ID's official superfans league, amplifying tournament narratives, community sentiment monitoring, UGC generation, and more. You will also be responsible for handling key activation pillars, including community tournaments (e.g. Superfans Cup, MCNC), partner activations (e.g. Watch parties, franchise team collaborations), and other sub-pillars of MLBB esports properties (e.g. MLBB publishing collaborations, MPL ID Festival / Playoffs activations, M-series activations, etc). A suitable candidate must have a successful track record in community management, project management, and marketing activation. This candidate must be highly proactive, is able to build influence among communities, is detail oriented, able to thrive in a fast paced environment, and resilient in handling pressure / ambiguity. MLBB in-game knowledge and MPL ID familiarity are required. Scope of work: Responsibilities - Develop and execute community-facing initiatives to drive league objectives, i.e. Securing attendance, amplifying narratives / announcements, generating UGC, driving registration / event participation, engaging with franchise team superfans, and more. - Manage all internal and external community platforms, e.g. MPL ID's FB group, universities / student clubs, superfans, moderator groups, and more. This includes working with the MLBB publishing team to engage with official communities such as Community Hero and MSL. - Own and lead the MPL ID superfans league, as well as other key community / marketing / partner activations from end-to-end, including all campaigns / activations in collaboration with the MLBB publishing team. - Establish and manage a rewards program for moderators / community leaders / micro content creators with the goal of developing a pipeline of resources to support key ID esports initiatives. - Fully own and run day-to-day community sentiment monitoring and insight gathering on key topics concerning the league, the industry, its competitors, and other topics of interest. - Liaise with all MPL ID franchise teams' community PICs with the goal of driving higher participation and commitment from franchise teams' communities. Oversee superfan regulation and guidelines, lead any mediations between the league and teams when required.职位要求- 5-7 years of experience in community management, marketing / brand activations, or an equivalent role within the gaming, esports, technology, or entertainment industry. - Experience in organising community activations, community tournaments, building communities, managing community groups, being a moderator or managing groups of moderators. - Track record in establishing influence within communities and developing / executing community strategies that drive engagement, growth, and positive sentiment. - Strong knowledge of the Indonesian esports scene, particularly the MPL ID ecosystem. - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal). - Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, external partners, franchise teams, community leaders, etc. - A self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and resilient in handling high expectations, pressure, and tight timelines. 投递
