The position is located in Dusseldorf, indirect procurement focus on logistics and after sale service, to establish and continuously optimize the procurement guideline and management system according to variety of categories within WEU Region markets; 2. Set up and manage the supplier pool by category to support the stakeholder departments, to ensure all the execution could go well and efficiently, and keep optimizing deliverable quality, cost and efficiency to contribute to better business success; 3. Develop the procurement strategy by category, to promote procurement's profession sustainably, to improve the coverage of frame agency, to manage the whole process from PR to payment and to avoid compliance risk; 4. Conduct supplier selection (including bidding) for all the categories to filter the excellent frame agency and implement PO under the frame contract, set up long-term relationship with high-quality suppliers to improve procurement efficiency and service quality; 5. As a qualified procurement manager, in-depth understanding of company's business, control the stakeholder's demands to make a comprehensive resource plan, and promote the satisfactions with stakeholders all the time.职位要求1. Bachelor degree or above, good English Language ability including listening, speaking, reading and writing and could be used as working language; prefer multi-languages; Chinese language will be a plus; 2. Minimum 10 years working experience in indirect procurement of similar industries (mobile telecom and consumer electronics.) experience in after sales service and logistics (custom clearance, warehousing, transportation service) segments; 3. Strong procurement sense and logic, strong sense of internal control, strong sense of goal and responsibility and serious attitude to work； 4. Proactive, adaptable, honest, good communication and connection skills, excellent ability of understanding and execution； 5. Open-minded and fast learner.
