Optimize content strategies and filming/editing approaches based on platform engagement and data feedback to continuously improve views, engagement rates, and follower growth.职位要求3+ years of TikTok content creation and operation experience with deep understanding of TikTok platform ecosystem, algorithm logic, and content trends. Native-level English proficiency with fluent communication skills in Chinese and Malay, capable of seamless collaboration with the China team. Excellent TikTok content creation abilities, familiar with platform-specific filming techniques and editing styles. Understanding of TikTok platform ecosystem and viral content creation logic. Sharp digital intuition with ability to quickly capture global and Malaysian TikTok trending memes, challenges, and popular elements. Familiar with 3C digital and technology industries; experience in consumer electronics TikTok marketing preferred.
