In this role, you will take ownership of procurement operations, ERP-related processes, and reporting to ensure smooth and efficient supply flows to our labs, facilities, and IT. You will play a key part in driving procurement excellence by maintaining reliable workflows, supporting supplier management, and continuously improving ERP-based processes

You will play a key part in driving procurement excellence by maintaining reliable workflows, supporting supplier management, and continuously improving ERP-based processes
This is a great opportunity to develop further as a procurement professional in a fast-scaling, cutting-edge semiconductor environment
- Manage day-to-day procurement activities and ensure smooth ERP (SAP B1) operations across all categories of direct and indirect materials (e.g., wafers, IT hardware, office equipment, consumables, gases)
 - Oversee procurement reporting: deliver spend analysis, vendor performance, and P2P compliance reports to track progress and improve efficiency
 - Drive ERP-related process improvements: identify inefficiencies, recommend automation solutions, and ensure scalable P2P workflows for invoice and payment handling
 - Support and coordinate supplier management activities, including evaluation, onboarding, and ongoing performance monitoring
 - Collaborate with stakeholders (Lab Core Team, Fab Facility, IT, Finance) to forecast demand, ensure supply readiness, and resolve operational challenges
 - Contribute to continuous improvement projects in procurement and finance, helping to build efficient, scalable, and reliable processes
 - Purchasing and Logistics Specialist, or Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, or a related field
 - Minimum 4+ years of experience in procurement, operations, or finance, ideally in a semiconductor, tech, manufacturing, or R&D-driven environment
 - Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP B1 preferred) and procurement reporting tools
 - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; experience with BI tools or Python is a plus
 - Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of independently driving operational improvements
 - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English (German is a strong plus)
