- Support adoption and engagement through lifecycle campaigns, educational content, and community-driven initiatives.
- Message Consistency
- Ensure Plane speaks with one consistent voice across every touchpoint — from web to social to partner channels.
- Launch Measurement
- Track post-launch adoption, performance, and feedback to refine future positioning and campaign strategy.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in product marketing for a B2B SaaS company (experience with open-source or self-hosted products is a plus).
- Strong understanding of developer and technical audiences, enterprise buyers, and multi-edition SaaS products.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills — you can turn complex ideas into clear, relatable messages.
- Experience leading or contributing to multiple successful product launches.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, async environment.
- A data-informed mindset with the ability to translate adoption metrics and customer insights into actionable strategies.
- Bonus: familiarity with self-hosted deployments, partner-driven GTM, or open-source communities.
