Production Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our evening shift team. In this role, you will oversee daily production operations, coordinate workflow, and ensure that quality, safety, and productivity standards are consistently met. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, effective communication, and a proactive approach to process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of factory production operations, providing clear direction and supervision to personnel on proper machine operation and manual task execution, including but not limited to:
• Capping bottled products
• Loading products into shipping containers
• Palletizing boxed goods
• Performing other essential production tasks as required
• Safely ascending and descending a three-tier ladder
• Monitor production lines to ensure maximum efficiency, productivity, and adherence to quality standards.
• Verify that all required components, raw materials, and packaging supplies are available and properly positioned at the designated production lines.
• Ensure full compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and all relevant regulatory requirements.
• Review and approve employee absence and time-off requests in accordance with company policies.
• Organize, maintain, and manage production supplies to support uninterrupted operations.
• Supervise the packaging of finished goods in accordance with established quality and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment at all times.
• Exhibit strong leadership capabilities and effectively delegate responsibilities to team members.
• Communicate production objectives, performance expectations, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to staff in a clear and professional manner.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement among production personnel.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to address production-related challenges and implement process enhancements.
• Enforce all established safety protocols and operational procedures to minimize risk and prevent workplace incidents.
• Promptly document and report all incidents, safety concerns, or deviations from standard procedures.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
