About You

Responsibilities:

• Define, prioritize, and manage the Product Backlog according to the product vision and strategy.
• Collaborate closely with development teams, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders to ensure clarity of requirements and objectives.
• Create detailed User Stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Participating in agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Review, Refinement, and Retrospective).
• Monitor product progress and adjust priorities as needed.
• Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to guide continuous improvement.
• Ensure the product meets quality standards and delivers business value.
• Support the definition of roadmaps and release strategies

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in management, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an agile environment.
• Strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on results.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, Trello, etc.).
• Knowledge of UX/UI practices and data analysis is a plus.
