The Team
Our Content & Business Products (CBP) Engineering teams build the products and services to optimize and automate the content creation process, including content planning, financing, production, promotion, and distribution. We support Netflix's enterprise needs, including Finance, Talent, Tech Support, and Customer Support, to ensure smooth operations. Our products enable the entire content production workflow, from pitch to play, and provide innovative new ways to develop and manage entertainment at scale. The team’s work is critical to supporting the creation of movies and TV series that will thrill the world!
Our objective in Content Intelligence Engineering is to equip the content team with the right data, insights, and decision support needed on their journey to create the best content, build the strongest slate, and drive each title to its optimal outcome – ultimately driving member value. The intention of this space has always been to establish the value of pre-launch intelligence across the title investment journey, fueling the next generation of filmmaking decisions.
By sitting at the unique intersection of creativity and data (or art and science), we blend the best of both worlds by harnessing the power of the creative brain while supercharging it with the full suite of data-driven insights we have available.
