Responsible for accounting on payroll such as month end closing, balance sheet reconciliation, balance analysis etc.
Perform account reconciliation and arrange for BS reviews with managers
Execute to roles and responsibilities which may be assigned by manager.
Identify simplification, automation and standardisation opportunities to improve processes
Ensure compliance with SOX controls on payroll accounting
Support statutory audit for payroll requests
Job Qualifications
- Qualified accountant (e.g. Bachelor's degree, CA, CPA, ACCA) with at least 5 years of experience in Accounting
- Experience in multinational company or shared service organisation is strongly preferred
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent MS Excel skills,
- SAP ERP knowledge is preferred
- Ability to manage complexity and dynamic business situation
