- Strategic Leadership:
- Establish and clearly communicate global, regional, and site Industrial Engineering strategies to inspire and guide the IE team.
- Monitor key IE metrics, identify opportunities, and proactively drive site-wide improvements.
- Develop and maintain the site's Industrial Engineering succession plan, nurturing future leaders.
- Operational Excellence & Standardization:
- Ensure the consistent application of Nexperia's standardized processes across the site, aligning with global and regional directives.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive site key process flow charts.
- Support and maintain core Industrial Engineering essential duties and responsibilities as needed.
- Team Development: Coach, mentor, and actively train Industrial Engineers, fostering their growth and skill development.
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Champion and lead change management initiatives, implementing and managing continuous improvement and cost reduction programs.

- Ensure the consistent application of Nexperia's standardized processes across the site, aligning with global and regional directives.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive site key process flow charts.
- Support and maintain core Industrial Engineering essential duties and responsibilities as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or production engineering is required.
- Progressive experience in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Lean Silver Certificate or Six Sigma Black Belt certification is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding and proven application of a broad range of industrial engineering tools, including: Work Measurement, Simulation, Process Mapping, Facilities & Workstation Design, and Operations Research.
- Proficiency in process analysis, optimization, and problem-solving methodologies.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical ability, with experience in cost modeling and ROI analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to align site capabilities and strategies with overarching organizational goals.
- Proven track record of successful change management accomplishments.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to effectively coach, mentor, and develop a technical team.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Project is highly preferred.
