💼 What You’ll Do
- Provide top-quality support to our Italian-speaking customers via phone and email
- Manage service requests, schedule maintenance visits, and coordinate technician activities
- Log and track cases accurately in our internal systems
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth operations
- Collaborate across shifts to keep everything running seamlessly
🌟 What Makes You a Great Fit
- Near-native skills in Italian, with at least intermediate English
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive — even in busy moments
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, multinational environment
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel & Outlook); Salesforce experience is a plus
- be located in Hungary or willing to relocate by January
