-    To perform all sales & marketing activities in order to generate business for department, with budgeted profit margin and yield.
-    To establish reputable image on our catering service and products to our guests.
 

• Bachelor's degree or above in hotel or related majors, or equivalent qualifications.
• 4 Years total experience in a catering setting or related field, with direct supervisory experience over a sales/catering team.
