What’s the role?As the Business Analyst you will drive the delivery of this exciting transformation project across our Private Wealth Division. This is a two-year max-term role based in Sydney, in which you will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across the business to understand the needs and translate into functional requirements. You will drive project vision and team performance to deliver on strategic objectives aligned to our wealth strategy. It’s fast-paced, high-impact, and perfect for someone who thrives on solving problems, managing complexity, and making things happen.
What do I need?- Experienced in continuous improvement activities and implementation of related projects.
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst within financial services . Previous wealth management, platforms, or investments is ideal.
- Experienced in managing medium complexity projects and achieving results.
- Knowledgeable in Agile and traditional project tools (JIRA, Confluence).
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships and strong problem solving skills.
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work in high-performing team, effective in complex environments.
- Previous experience in coaching, mentoring and guiding a small team.
