Meaningful Work From Day One
The Trade Marketing Specialist reports into the Marketing Manager. The Trade Marketing Specialist plays a crucial role between Marketing & Sales - leveraging brand plans into executable channel & customer plans.
The role will work across the portfolio of brands from Jack Daniels Family of Brands to the Super Premium portfolio; and will be responsible for Trade Marketing activity across all channels from Off Premise, On Premise and Click and Collect. He/ She will work closely with Marketing team, Sales team as well as distributor partners and agencies to ensure excellence in execution (timeliness, quality of implementation & performance).
What You Can Expect
Marketing & Sales Integration
- Translate key Brand Strategy & Initiatives into field sales priorities and customer/ channel plans
- Identify key customer & channel opportunities to build brand awareness, trial & penetration - through brand advocacy, customer promotions, off location visibility, GWP/ VAPs etc
- Develop customer promotions & evaluate post campaign performance
- Manage & coordinate merchandising material and provision for sales/planning team implementation
- Assist in customer review & new listing presentations including planogram & visibility business cases
- Build strong working relationships with the Commercial teams, distribution partners and promotional agencies.
- Work with all levels of field sales staff to ensure that marketing plans and tactics are appropriate for field based brand building activities
- Gather on ground competitive intelligence & oversee tracking of physical availability measures
- Attend Marketing and Sales meetings where necessary to ensure key actions are followed up in a timely manner
Project & Financial Management
- Manage agency deliverables within specific budget
- Responsible for Trade Marketing budget across all brand portfolios and channels
- Manage POS development, logistics & ensure implementation standards at store level
- Plan, develop and maintain reports on projects, trade promotions & promotional material inventory
- Coordination of any frequent/ad-hoc requests
What You Bring to the Table
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in consumer/trade marketing role
- Experience managing multiple projects and promotions
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and channels
- Excellent Korean communication and good command of English
- Experience from Alcohol Beverage / FMCG industry
