This is a remote position.
Schedule: 4hrs per day flexible (20 hrs per week)The Role
You’ll work closely with our solution engineers and designers to build high-performing, scalable web apps and integrations that connect beautifully designed UIs with powerful backend systems. This role will suit someone who enjoys autonomy, problem-solving, and shipping clean, production-ready code.
Responsibilities
- Develop responsive, high-quality front-end components using React or Next.js.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and server-side logic in Node.js (Express or similar).
- Integrate with external APIs and services (HubSpot, AI models, CRMs, etc.).
- Optimise applications for performance, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate with our design and automation teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Maintain code quality with clean architecture, testing, and documentation.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience with React or Next.js, and solid knowledge of Node.js.
- Experience working with REST APIs, GraphQL, and third-party integrations.
- Familiarity with TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, or similar front-end frameworks.
- Understanding of database design (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or similar).
- Bonus: Experience with HubSpot API, AI integrations, or automation workflows.
- Strong communication and a proactive, self-managed work ethic.
