Position Summary

This Business Analyst position will support the CloudSuite Distribution Development team in Hyderabad by gathering, analysing, and documenting business process requirements, translating them into actionable development tasks, and acting as a bridge between stakeholders, QA, and developers. The role strengthens requirement clarity, accelerates delivery, and improves the overall quality of CSD initiatives.

Essential Duties

• Gather, analyze and document business process requirements for development initiatives within the CSD ecosystem
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, workflows and acceptance criteria
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, QA and development teams to ensure alignment
• Support testing efforts by clarifying acceptance criteria and validating deliverables against requirements
• Identify process improvements and contribute to refining business workflows

Preferred Background

• Experienced QA professional seeking to move into a BA role or an existing BA with exposure to enterprise applications and business processes
• Understanding of ERP or enterprise-scale applications (M3, LN, other Infor products) is an advantage
• Demonstrated ability to map and improve business processes

Experience

5–6 years in QA, BA, or enterprise systems support roles
