About the role
We are seeking a proactive self-starter to join our team as an Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will work closely with the Operations Specialist to improve the efficiency, organisation, and overall effectiveness of our daily business operations. You will play a key role in supporting the systems, processes, and structures that enable our teams to work seamlessly so the business can scale smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Manage business tools and subscriptions: Maintain an accurate inventory of company tools, track usage, and support renewals and contract negotiations.
- Coordinate data gathering and reporting: Collect operational data across teams, maintain dashboards, and provide insights to support decision-making and company OKRs.
- Support key projects: Assist with research, analysis and delivery of key projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Improve process efficiency: Identify and recommend process improvements, maintain documentation, and promote consistent operational best practices.
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration: Act as a connector between departments, to ensure seamless execution of business operation, ensuring clear communication throughout.
- Any other ad hoc projects that help the organisation and smooth administration of business.
What you'll need to succeed
- Highly resourceful, self-starter with the ability to work proactively to solve problems.
- Detail-orientated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent ability to manage multiple priorities, multitask and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A team player who can adapt to shifting priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically excel and experience with process mapping and workflow optimisation.
