Banking Credit Systems Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business/System Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with banking credit systems or mobile banking applications, and a strong ability to bridge business requirements with technical implementation.

This role requires a versatile professional who is equally comfortable modeling business processes, analyzing data structures, and defining system interactions across a complex financial ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the design and evolution of a modern, technologically advanced credit system * Model and optimize business processes and data structures
• Translate business requirements into precise, actionable technical specifications. * Drive integration initiatives with related systems and the core banking platform (ABC)* Collaborate closely with developers, setting and monitoring task completion.* Participate in testing, validation, and system analysis.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Business or System Analyst* Strong command of Business Process Modeling (BPM)* Proven background in the banking industry, particularly with electronic credit systems* Solid understanding of integrations and RESTful APIs* Familiarity with modern microservice architectures* Proficiency in data modeling and ability to create and interpret technical diagrams (sequence, system, BPM)* Working knowledge of Kafka and RabbitMQ* Understanding of software testing processes* Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in cross-functional teams
• English and Russian languages
