Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong, collaborative relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor and problem-solver.
- Proactively manage quotations—generating, reviewing, and refining proposals to deliver value-driven solutions.
- Align Purchase Orders with approved specifications, pricing, and contractual terms to ensure seamless execution.
- Oversee the full Sales Order lifecycle, from entry through delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Communicate proactively across multiple channels to keep customers informed and engaged on order status, pricing, and potential challenges.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and logistics teams to deliver efficient, high-quality outcomes.
- Capture and analyze customer feedback, driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service and strengthen relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Relations, or Commercial Operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and ability to leverage data for decision-making.
- Experience with Oracle ERP, CRM, or CPQ systems preferred.
- Demonstrated critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Creative, resilient, and driven by continuous improvement in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
