AP Accountant

The AP Accountant is responsible for the financial, administrative, and clerical support in Esko. This role will help to fulfil the accounting tasks of different legal entities and different requests coming from Veralto or HQ.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for business questions related to vendor master data
• Complete requests (JIRA) for vendor master data in a timely, accurate manner by performing integrity checks to ensure a high quality of master data
• Validate & process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records; clarify any questionable invoice items
• Paying employees by verifying expense reports and ensure the accuracy of an organization’s financial documents for payment, auditing and tax purposes
• Responding promptly to supplier/customer inquiries; communicating with supplier/customers through various channels
• Prepare AP reconciliations, aging reports & analyses of accounts and Statement of Accounts
• Collaborating with internal departments to gather, analyze, and interpret relevant financial data

Preferred Qualifications:

• BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
• Proven working experience as Accounts Payable Clerk
• Proficiency in English and in MS Office
