Responsible for identifying and analyzing requirements related to projects prioritized by the Project Prioritization Committee (PPC), creating and documenting the scope of the solution, proposing new process/system designs, ensuring communication and coordination with project stakeholders, conducting test activities and coordinating testing to verify that the delivered solution meets the defined requirements after the software development phase, and investigating issues that may arise in existing system applications and working in coordination with software teams on solutions.

Role:

To ensure the successful delivery of prioritized projects by conducting detailed business analysis, coordinating stakeholders, managing documentation, supporting testing activities, and contributing to process and system improvements in alignment with Ayvens Turkey’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Analysis & Documentation

• Identify and analyze requirements for projects prioritized by the Project Prioritization Committee (PPC).
• Synthesize information from various sources and conduct detailed analysis.
• Prepare, publish, and manage all necessary project documentation, including analysis reports, in accordance with project management processes.
• Define the scope of solutions and manage scope changes and request tracking when needed.

Process & System Improvement

• Investigate opportunities for improvement in existing processes and systems.
• Propose new process/system designs that contribute to Ayvens global strategies.
• Work on existing or sample developments to gain insights and enhance solution proposals.
• Incorporate visual analysis tools (e.g., diagrams, prototypes, simulations) with a focus on MVP (Minimum Viable Product).

Stakeholder & Communication Management

• Identify relevant project stakeholders accurately.
• Plan and ensure complete and effective communication with all stakeholders.
• Support the dissemination of IT strategies and ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

Testing & Validation

• Conduct testing activities to verify that delivered solutions meet defined requirements.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage test processes.
• Prepare and document detailed test cases during the project testing phase.

Support & Maintenance

• Investigate issues in existing system applications and collaborate with software teams to resolve them.
• Perform maintenance and support activities in coordination with development teams.
• Support the management of authorization processes for applications used by Ayvens Turkey via SecurityNet.

Security & Compliance

• Adopt and act in accordance with the company’s Information Security Policy.
• Fulfill responsibilities within the framework of this policy.

Agile Project Participation

• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and specification reviews.
• Organize Agile meetings and contribute to effective backlog management by prioritizing new tasks and suggesting new analysis techniques and technologies within the SDLC.

Continuous Improvement

• Take responsibility for process improvement actions and achieve process targets.
• Conduct technical investigations at the database level as part of problem-solving and research activities.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Business Analysis and Project Management.
• Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken).

• Strong command of business analysis processes, methodologies, and techniques (e.g., use cases, data analysis, process analysis, requirements management, stakeholder analysis).
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
