About Rippling

Rippling gives businesses one place to run HR, IT, and Finance. It brings together all of the workforce systems that are normally scattered across a company, like payroll, expenses, benefits, and computers. For the first time ever, you can manage and automate every part of the employee lifecycle in a single system.

Take onboarding, for example. With Rippling, you can hire a new employee anywhere in the world and set up their payroll, corporate card, computer, benefits, and even third-party apps like Slack and Microsoft 365—all within 90 seconds.

Based in San Francisco, CA, Rippling has raised $1.4B+ from the world’s top investors—including Kleiner Perkins, Founders Fund, Sequoia, Greenoaks, and Bedrock—and was named one of America's best startup employers by Forbes.

We prioritize candidate safety. Please be aware that all official communication will only be sent from @Rippling.com addresses.

About The Role

We’re seeking an Associate HR Business Partner to support our growing EMEA region, with a primary focus on the UK & Ireland. This role will be based in our London office and will play a key part in shaping and executing HR initiatives across the region. Experience working across continental Europe is highly valued.

With our EMEA headcount growing rapidly, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a high-growth environment and to help build the HR foundation that will enable Rippling’s continued expansion across Europe. You’ll join a HR function that’s scaling fast and evolving to stay ahead of business needs — it’s an exciting time to join!

What You Will Do

  • Partner with HR Business Partners to deliver and execute HR programmes, including performance management, employee engagement, manager development, and organisational design.
  • Act as a trusted HR resource for employees and managers cross-functionally across all EMEA teams, providing guidance and support on HR processes and policies.
  • Identify training and development needs, and support the design and delivery of coaching and learning interventions for managers.
  • Streamline and automate HR processes and workflows to enhance team efficiency and employee experience.
  • Maintain and update internal HR documentation on Confluence to promote employee self-service.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with leaders across multiple departments to support business objectives and employee success.

What You Will Need

  • 3–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role, with exposure to performance management, compensation, learning and development, and employee relations.
  • Experience coaching employees and managers through complex and sensitive workplace situations.
  • Working knowledge of Ireland and UK employment law; experience with additional European jurisdictions (e.g., France, Germany, the Netherlands) is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently across levels and cultures.
  • Familiarity with modern HR technology tools (HRIS, performance management systems, survey platforms, etc.).
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset with a passion for efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Proven ability to prioritise, multitask, and deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Evidence of resilience, adaptability, and a solution-oriented approach in a scaling organisation.
