TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST • NETWORKING SOLUTIONS

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen our ambitious recruitment team in Kaunas. You will play a key role in connecting top talent with the teams who create world-leading networking solutions — helping to shape the people behind our global success.

Teltonika’s networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.

In This Role, You Will:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment — from intake meetings to job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and offers.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and referrals; you’re not afraid to dig deep to find the right people.
• Prepare and deliver engaging job pitches that reflect our company’s value and culture.
• Conduct structured and behavioural interviews, focusing on motivation, potential, and cultural fit.
• Maintain clear, timely communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
• Ensure accurate data management in our ATS.
• Support your team in recruitment-related projects and process improvements.
• Take initiative to speed up processes, improve candidate experience, and strengthen collaboration with hiring managers.

What We Expect Of You:

• From 1 year experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency, or in-house).
• Comfortable using LinkedIn, job boards, and basic recruitment tools.
• Proactive, curious, and accountable – you take ownership, act fast, and keep learning.
• Clear communicator – you express yourself professionally in writing and in conversation.
• Native or highly fluent Lithuanian language skills, excellent English language skills (both spoken and written).
• Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage several roles with focus would be considered an advantage.
• Understanding of different functions (e.g. sales, R&D, marketing) or interest in technology and engineering would be considered an advantage.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems would be considered an advantage.

Salary

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 12 Eur/h up to 15 Eur/h (~2080 Eur—2505 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.

*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
