Position Summary: Responsible for managing and overseeing sales activities for a designated Key Account and its affiliated stores, as well as approximately 10 golf specialty accounts.
Essential Functions And Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all sales activities related to the designated Key Account.
- Secure additional store contracts beyond TM image doors to support premium branding strategy development.
- Regularly report competitor sales strategies to the line manager.
- Develop and implement regional sales activation plans for each store.
- Set and work toward annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets by Key Account.
- Manage the collection plan to prevent overdue accounts; forecast collections based on sell-out data and account financial status.
- Communicate with store representatives and create tailored sales plans to foster brand loyalty
- Forecast a monthly macro sales and inventory plan to optimize inventory management and maximize sell-out perfomance
Knowledge And Skills Requirements:
- Ability to identify market trends and propose strategies that differentiate the brand from competitors.
- Strong capability to gather and analyze competitor information.
- Proficient in account data analysis to drive market share growth.
- Skilled in analyzing inventory and sales data by branch to formulate effective strategies.
- Develop a monthly rolling macro forecast plan to enhance inventory efficiency and maximize sell-out performance.
Education, Work Experience, and Professional Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in sales within the golf equipment or Sports industry.
- Native Korean speaker with fluent English proficiency (both written and spoken).
Work Environment / Physical Requirements:
- Normal office conditions with extensive computer and phone usage.
- Ability to work extended hours as necessary.
- Able to work efficiently and accurately in an atmosphere of frequent interruption.
- Light physical effort equal to frequent lifting or moving of lightweight materials.
- Frequent travel may be required.
