As a Partner Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships to drive the growth and success of our company. You will work closely with existing and potential partners to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions that maximize success for both parties.

  • Identify and acquire system integrators, consulting firms, resellers, and technology partners who share our vision of more efficient and sustainable logistics.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing partners, collaboratively developing solutions using PTV Logistics’ components and, if necessary, presenting them to customers.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements focused on long-term success and mutual growth.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Support) to ensure our offerings meet partner needs.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new trends in the logistics industry and develop innovative partnership strategies.
  • Organize and lead training sessions and workshops for partners to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to effectively sell and use our products.
  • Provide regular reports on partner activities and performance, and derive recommendations to improve our partnership programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Marketing, or an appropriate equivalent in terms of experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in partner management or business development, preferably in the logistics or technology sector.
  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion abilities.
  • Confident in negotiations and experienced in closing business agreements.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel to meet partners and attend industry events (region of Eastern Europe, our in Warsaw); driving license is required.
  • Fluency in both Polish and English is required, with the ability to communicate comfortably and effectively in everyday business situations.
  • Knowledge of any additional Eastern European language (e.g. Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, Romanian, etc.) is considered a strong asset.
