As a Sr. Trade Marketing Analyst, you will be the strategic architect of how our products connect with shoppers across diverse retail environments. This high-impact role is crucial for our growth; you will be responsible for defining and executing the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and the 5Ps (Product, Price, Placement, Promotion & POP) tailored to each customer. You'll translate brand and commercial goals into winning, shopper-focused plans, leveraging deep data analysis and market intelligence to optimize performance, maximize sales, and drive our category leadership.
What You’ll do:
- 5P Strategy: Define and implement the 5P strategy (Product, Price, Placement, Promotion & POP) tailored to each unique retail environment.
- Go-to-Market Leadership: Lead the GTM process and create clear execution guidelines for new product innovations and shopper-focused activities.
- Category Management: Drive the category's shopper marketing needs and establish clear priorities.
- Performance Analysis: Actively participate in the Customer Business Planning (CBP) process. Conduct monthly performance reviews by analyzing volume, sales, investment levels, GTN, market share, and distribution to adjust strategies based on findings.
- Plan Optimization: Analyze and approve plans for each retail environment to ensure they align with strategic priorities and meet sales, market share, ASP, and margin targets.
- Insight-Driven Recommendations: Develop actionable plans based on post-evaluation analysis, ensuring key learnings are integrated into future strategies.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze market and internal data to generate actionable shopper insights and identify growth opportunities.

Required Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of 4 years in trade marketing or adjacent roles within consumer goods companies, including at least 1 year in a Field Sales capacity.
- Tools: Proficient in Excel / Google Suite.
- Language: Intermediate (B2) English proficiency.
- Located in or willing to relocate to Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia
