Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Financial Operations & Reconciliation
- Lead partner reconciliations, including per-loan principal and income matching.
- Collaborate with partner accounts teams to ensure timely and accurate reconciliations.
- Manage and resolve queries from partners on tax, processes, and reporting.
- Coordinate with auditors (quarterly and annual), bankers, and statutory authorities.
- Prepare and deliver financial materials and reports for board meetings.
Reporting & Compliance
- Resolve accounting queries and assist in preparing quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Oversee the preparation of Annual General Meeting (AGM) documentation.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI, RBI, and other regulatory requirements.
- Track investments and monitor internal rate of return (IRR) performance.
- Review monthly income and expenditure against the approved budget.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with internal teams (credit, operations, technology, and business) to align on finance initiatives.
- Support onboarding of new partners alongside the credit and operations teams.
- Collaborate with the tech team to design and validate reports and workflows in the Loan Management System (LMS).
- Work with the business team to perform financial due diligence for new partnerships.
- Represent finance interests in interdepartmental projects and decision-making discussions.
