The Enterprise Compliance function is recruiting two (2) Compliance Analysts to support the design, development and implementation of its programs as follows:

  • Compliance Culture & Fair Practices (1 Compliance Analyst role): Supporting the Ethics Expert and Sr. Compliance Consultant in the delivery of the organization’s Ethics Program, inclusive of Code of Conduct & Ethics, Conflicts of Interest and Speak Up policies.
  • Compliance Advisory & Business Enablement (1 Compliance Analyst role): Supporting Compliance Consultants in the delivery of the organization’s Fair Treatment of Customers, Financial Crimes, Market Integrity, Business Unit Compliance Officer and Regulatory Matters Tracking programs.  

As a Compliance Analyst, you will work to enhance the strategic compliance mindset and provide technical and business support for compliance functions.  You will build partnerships across the organization to strategically plan, analyze and report on regulatory controls, including presenting findings and recommendations to ensure compliance objectives are met.    

How You Will Create Impact:

  • Understand and identify new laws and regulatory trends within the compliance risk universe and assess and support provision of advice to stakeholders with respect to new laws and regulations or changes applicable to the organization.
  • Support the review and analysis business area solutions, processes/procedures and practices against defined regulatory requirements to ensure they are sound, complete and effective.
  • Build sound understanding of current and future business processes and endeavor to provide optimal support, advice and guidance to business areas as a 2nd line function with a consistent approach.
  • Manage technical processes related to compliance programs, including database development, liaising with vendor/programmer, validating requirements, and working with stakeholders to ensure objectives being met on an ongoing basis.
  • Develop, analyze, document, and validate business requirements and/or specifications for new or enhanced/upgrades to technical processes and applications, supporting the organization and compliance initiatives for the group of companies
  • Support the development and delivery compliance awareness training and oversee corporate education and training in support of compliance awareness culture.

  • You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly convey messages and explore diverse points of view.  
  • You have the ability and initiative to take on new and challenging assignments

To Join Our Team:

  • You have 1-3 years of experience within the financial services and/or insurance industry, with knowledge of and/or expertise in compliance culture or compliance advisory
  • You have completed a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Business, Law, or other) from an accredited college or university.
  • You have or a willing to compliance-related designations (e.g. CIP/FCIP, LOMA, CRM)
  • You have solid working knowledge of the insurance and financial industry and compliance operations.
  • You have a good understanding of project plans and project management life cycle.
  • You have expertise in understanding and executing of a variety of compliance initiatives/programs e.g. regulatory and legislative compliance.
