The Enterprise Compliance function is recruiting two (2) Compliance Analysts to support the execution of the Compliance Monitoring & Testing Program by carrying out assurance engagements to evaluate adequacy of business controls in connection with regulatory requirements.
As a Compliance Analyst, you will work to enhance the strategic compliance mindset and provide technical and business support for compliance functions. You will build partnerships across the organization to strategically plan, analyze and report on regulatory controls, including presenting findings and recommendations to ensure compliance objectives are met.
How You Will Create Impact:
- Plan, lead and execute compliance monitoring & testing reviews and investigations, write comprehensive reports, and escalate issues to senior management.
- Contribute to the Monitoring & Testing Program and framework for all regulatory requirements and understand and identify new laws and regulatory trends within the compliance risk universe.
- Support the review and analysis of business area solutions, processes/ procedures and practices against defined regulatory requirements to ensure they are sound, complete and effective.
- Monitor compliance activities to identifying gaps, proactively engage with business partners to ensure issues are addressed and escalate any significant breaches.
- Build sound understanding of current and future business processes and endeavor to provide optimal support, advice and guidance to business areas as a 2nd line function with a consistent approach.
- Manage technical processes related to compliance programs, including database development, liaising with vendor/programmer, validating requirements, and working with stakeholders to ensure objectives being met on an ongoing basis.
- Collaborate with business partners to plan and ensure effective implementation of regulatory requirement solutions.
- Provide training and coaching to stakeholder teams to solicit and document monitoring and testing requirements, identify business process issues and risks, and investigate and recommend solutions.

To Join Our Team:
- You have 1-3 years of experience within the financial services and/or insurance industry, with knowledge of and/or expertise in compliance monitoring & testing, audit or related field.
- You have completed a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Business, Law, or other) from an accredited college or university.
- You have or are willing to obtain compliance-related designations (e.g. CIP/FCIP, LOMA, CRM)
- You have solid working knowledge of the insurance and financial industry and compliance operations.
- You have a good understanding of project plans and project management life cycle.
- You have expertise in understanding and executing of a variety of compliance initiatives/programs e.g. regulatory and legislative compliance
