At this time we are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support to leadership.

- Compensation: $28.50 per hour. Full pay scale - $28.50 - $31.80 per hour. (Increases within the posted range are based on tenure and performance per Dungarvin compensation guidelines.)

Job Description
The Administrative Coordinator will provide high-level administrative support to Dungarvin Washington leadership. This position will work cooperatively with all departments to support and oversee the functionality of all office locations in Washington.
What You Get To Do:
- Supervision of administrative support staff
- Coordination of conference calls and scheduling meetings for leadership
- Serve as the primary liaison for office operations for internal and external stakeholders including communication and coordination of vendors
- Collect and analyze data to compile reports
- Supply management, preparation of correspondence and approval of orders and invoices
- Receive visitors to the office and ensure operations of all office printers, copiers and mail machines
- Represent Dungarvin Washington on various national and regional committees
- Support various departments as needed with administrative functions
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED certificate is required. An Associate’s degree in business or related field is preferred.
- Three or more years of experience as an administrative professional supporting mid and senior level leadership, or combination of education and experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively interface and inspire confidence with all levels of management and staff.
- Proficiency with MS Outlook calendaring functions, Microsoft 365 applications.
- Excellent acumen to handle highly sensitive information.
- Must utilize expertise to create quality documentation, acting independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to respond to rapidly changing conditions and work in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
