Job Description

職務内容・責任:

• 採用マネージャーとの詳細なインテークミーティングを主導し、ポジションの要件を明確化するとともに、関連する市場データや推奨事項を提供する。
• 社内ステークホルダーや各部門と連携し、採用マーケティングおよびソーシング戦略を策定・管理する。
• 候補者のプロフィールをポジション要件と照らし合わせて評価し、優秀な候補者リストを提供するとともに、タレントパイプラインを構築する。
• 採用プロセス全体で候補者の関心を維持し、進捗状況をタイムリーに更新する。
• 採用担当者と連携し、オファー内容を決定する際には市場データや報酬ガイドラインを活用して推奨事項をサポートする。
• リクルーターやチームメンバーのメンターとして指導・サポートを行う。

Qualifications

応募資格・要件:

• ビジネス、マネジメント、人事、または関連分野の学士号（同等の実務経験も可）
• 企業内採用、RPO、またはエージェンシーでの採用経験が豊富で、実績のある方
• Applicant Tracking System（ATS）やソーシャルメディアツールなど、採用関連テクノロジーに精通している方
• タレントアクイジションに関連する人事の基本原則、実務および指標についての知識を有する方
• エンドツーエンドの採用経験があり、ライフサイエンスまたは製薬業界での採用経験がある方は尚可
• ステークホルダー管理能力に優れ、採用マネージャーと効果的に連携できる方
