Staff Accountant

Overview:We are seeking a Staff Accountant for a well-established company in Inglewood.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare journal entries and perform detailed account analysis and reconciliations.
• Maintain and track fixed asset purchases, disposals, and depreciation schedules.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Prepare and file monthly tax forms with appropriate government agencies, ensuring compliance with all filing deadlines.
• Conduct quarterly physical inventory counts and reconcile results to the general ledger.
• Assist in preparing audit schedules and supporting documentation for year-end audits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 2+ years of progressive accounting experience with a solid understanding of GAAP.
