Based in Budapest, this position contributes to the preparation of budget, forecast and actual results analysis of EME income statement (OPEX related). There will be a close liaison with finance colleagues at each major production site and the Stoneleigh Shared Service Finance Team. In addition, the individual will lead the SG&A controlling activities of major brands and central functions. Contact the Robotic Process Automation team.
The position reports to EME OPEX Controlling and Business Partnering Manager, who is in Budapest.
Your Impact:
- Preparation and presentation of budgets and forecasts. Analysis and explanations of deviation between budget/forecasts/actuals.
- Review and interpretation of actual results and identify areas for action and improvement. Any ad hoc project related to the business which require finance involvement.
- EME income statement involves tractors and combines products produced within AGCO. Contact the Robotic Process Automation team. Look for further Robotic Process Automation opportunities.
- Developing strategies for OPEX saving targets.
- Nature of impact - This role can make a significant impact to profitability analysis by appropriately identifying key performance drivers and alerting the business to enable making wide variety of decisions, from strategic projects to effective operational running of the business.
Your Experience And Qualification:
- 4-5 Years of relevant experience with Bachelor's degree in finance/ business administration/ economics.
- Demonstrated leadership and people's management skills, with tenacity and determination to complete tasks. Strong problem-solving abilities, good numeracy skills, and effective interpersonal communication across cultures.
- Proven experience in finance processes including actual closing, budgeting, and forecasting, with solid knowledge of financial and management accounting.
- Comfortable working in large, multi-site, matrix organizations with a continuous improvement mindset; basic understanding of AI tools is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems like OneStream or SAP; fluent in English (mandatory), German language skills are highly beneficial.

You will work with your wonderful AGCO colleagues in Hybrid Model from our AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) which is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions. The office is easily accessible by car and public transport. Restaurants, cafés, and shopping centers are also located around the office.
