The Office Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations of our office. The Office Assistant provides administrative support and assists with day-to-day tasks. This position requires excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Process daily bank deposit.
- Process and track returned checks.
- Submit all service contracts and aftermarket products.
- Process all service contract cancellations.
- Reconcile schedules.
- Collections – small claims.
- Working very closely with Regional Controller on completing daily tasks.
Qualifications
- Experience in a dealership business office strongly preferred.
- Ability to multi-task with competing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative nature.

Pay: $18 - $22 / hour
