Overview:
This FTC opportunity leads the strategy and execution of Brand campaigns across Gymshark’s omnichannel expansion platforms [Retail, Wholesale & Franchise]. Unlocking new audience growth and embedding Gymshark as the gym brand for consumers in new markets. By partnering with IRL teams to implement Global campaigns, territory specific activity & focused activation plans to bring the best of Gymshark to the consumer.
You will play a crucial role in protecting & maximising the brand direction across IRL platforms. Creating a red thread across IRL-URL, driving the Gymshark DNA & ensuring we show up consistently across the globe.
What You'Ll Be Doing:
- Own the rollout of brand strategy across all IRL formats — including Retail, Wholesale, and Franchise — ensuring seasonal execution aligns with global priorities and local market relevance.
- Lead seasonal campaign planning for external markets and channels, collaborating with partners to deliver consistent brand messaging, impactful marketing execution, and authentic Gymshark experiences across every location.
- Drive regional marketing activations, partnering with internal teams (Product, Commercial, Creative) to develop and approve concepts, ensuring cross-functional and cross-market alignment.
- Build and execute community strategies in key regions, warming up cities ahead of store launches and aligning with the global key city strategy to boost brand awareness and local engagement.
- Guide strategic brand expansion into new formats and markets, making data-informed decisions that support long-term growth.
- Serve as the primary brand contact for Global Retail teams and third-party Franchise/Wholesale partners, setting clear expectations, driving performance, and aligning brand execution with business objectives.
- Develop strategic relationships with external partners across all levels — including Director and C-suite — acting as the senior brand representative to ensure consistent messaging and high-quality execution across all franchise locations.
- Identify regional opportunities, deeply understand local consumers, and collaborate with internal teams to shape franchise strategies that meet market-specific needs.
What You'Ll Need:Essential Criteria:
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to influence and engage internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience of senior stakeholder management. Strong analytical and strategic thinking ability. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in applying marketing fundamentals
- Experience in building, mentoring and coaching people, driving a high-performance culture
- Ability to translate business objectives into clear goals, operational requirements and measurements
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively & drive innovation
- Demonstrated experience of fostering a winning culture and delivering and exceeding expectations
This is a hybrid role and would require the successful candidate to attend at least 3 days a week in GSIQ, Solihull, UK.
