What You’Ll Do
- Plan, test, and coordinate go-live processes for version upgrades of vendor products used in BIST order transmission
- Handle incident management: perform log analysis, identify root causes (RCA), communicate with vendors, and track bug fixes/requests
- Create and execute UAT scenarios for new product/instrument launches; provide business and technical support to back office and analyst teams
- Conduct database checks, monitor performance (index/lock/IO), and follow up on batch/job workflows
- Continuously improve monitoring and alerting processes (availability, latency, throughput) through dashboards and alerts
- Document processes and configurations
What We’Re Looking For
- Knowledge of capital markets, order types, session flows, VIOP/equity market dynamics; familiarity with BISTECH/FIX or similar protocols
- Proficiency in SQL (preferably MSSQL) and understanding of basic performance and monitoring concepts
- Experience with log analysis, service/agent management, and basic networking on Linux/Windows systems
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Grafana/Prometheus, ELK/OpenSearch, Zabbix, etc.)
- Strong communication skills, ability to solve problems under pressure, manage vendors and internal stakeholders, and use technical English effectively
- Experience with FIX protocol, drop copy, or market data systems
- Exposure to OMS/Backoffice integrations, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git, Jira)
- Knowledge of regulatory/operational processes (CMB procedures, Takasbank, MKK)
- Experience with Tradesoft, GTP, or XFront systems
