Senior Bill Validation Specialist

About The Role
At World Kinect, we’re committed to delivering energy solutions with precision and integrity. As a Senior Bill Validation Specialist, you’ll be part of our Global Data Management team, responsible for validating energy invoices and ensuring accurate financial data across international markets.
This is a great opportunity for detail-oriented professionals who enjoy working with data, solving problems, and collaborating with global teams.
What You’Ll Do
- Validate customer energy invoices to ensure correct rates and consumption Prepare internal quality reports to support accurate invoice processing
- Identify and log billing errors in our CRM system
- Communicate with internal teams (Costa Rica and abroad), suppliers, and regulators via email and phone
- Support service delivery and collaborate with other teams in the San José office
- Assist and mentor fellow team members in daily operations
What You Bring
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in billing, finance, data analysis, or a related field
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and numerical abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and tight deadlines
- Bonus Points:
- Degree in a data-focused or analytical field
- Knowledge of other European languages
- Experience in energy billing or financial data validation
- Strong analytical and numerical abilities
