As Team Lead and Scrum Master at Dedalus Aarhus, you will play a dual role: leading a development team both as a people manager and as the agile process facilitator. You will ensure that the team has the right environment, skills, and priorities to deliver high-quality software that supports HealthTech and GovTech solutions. Your role balances leadership, coaching, and process excellence – enabling the team to thrive while delivering value to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the team in their daily work, ensuring motivation, wellbeing, and professional development.
  • Act as Scrum Master: facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the backlog and secure realistic commitments.
  • Create transparency on capacity, progress, and delivery for stakeholders.
  • Remove impediments and support the team in continuous improvement of processes and practices.
  • Ensure technical best practices are followed, in collaboration with Tech Lead architects and senior developers.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Drive a culture of trust, collaboration, and accountability in alignment with Dedalus’ modernization journey.

Qualifications

  • Experience as Team Lead, Scrum Master, or similar role in software development.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop people.
  • Solid understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and product-oriented delivery.
  • Good communication and facilitation skills, able to create clarity and alignment across stakeholders.
  • Technical background (developer, architect, or comparable) is an advantage.
  • Experience in healthcare IT, GovTech, or other complex digital domains is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
