What You'Ll Do

  • Build and execute strategies to grow sales of Teledyne FLIR Defense products in APAC
  • Lead proposal development and manage responses to RFQs, RFPs, and demo requests
  • Develop long-term customer relationships and anticipate future needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and compliance
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers from pre-sale to post-sale
  • Support licensing and administrative processes for international sales
  • Drive predictable revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Promote Teledyne FLIR’s solutions to end users and integrators
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and backlog across multiple product lines

What You Need

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills (required)
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment (required)
  • Proven experience in defense-related sales, especially military or para-public markets (required)
  • Experience with government tenders and competitive bids (required)
  • Familiarity with EO/IR and thermal imaging technologies (advantage)
  • Understanding of airborne, maritime, land, and border protection markets (advantage)
  • Degree-level education or equivalent defense industry experience (required)
  • Fluency in English; other regional languages are a plus (advantage)
