Your Future Team:
You will become a central member of the Digital Portfolio Office team in Rockwool Group. We are managing the Digital Project, Resource & Investment Portfolios, including Governance processes and our Project Portfolio Solutions. We support Leadership and a wide range of stakeholders, via our experience, processes and data. We convert that into insights, recommendations, and decision support. We are a team of 4 people supported by student assistance in both DK and PL. We work very closely together and take mutual responsibility for our tasks and objectives, and we try to have fun while we are doing it.
What You Will Be Doing:
The IT Resource & Financial Portfolio Manager is a key contributor in overseeing the IT project portfolio from a Capacity, Resource and Financial perspective for projects that utilize information technology solutions. You will secure principles and standards, and you will support stakeholders, while ensuring best practices are applied in the Digital Area.
The primary focus will be on Developing and Managing Capacity and Resource frameworks related to the Digital organization in Rockwool. From time registration processes, over Capacity and Resource availability planning, to utilizing data and knowledge for forecasting future needs compared to Demand towards Digital organization related to IT project portfolio roadmaps.
Furthermore, you will Manage Financials related to the overall IT Project Portfolios. This includes managing financial processes, development of tools and processes, monitoring and follow up on IT projects and portfolio as well as working with future financial forecasting.
You will be a key driver utilizing above processes and data into our new Project Portfolio system where relevant. And you will have the opportunity to be part of further enhancing the system as well organization processes, tools and templates and enhancing our reporting setup
Finaly you will together with colleagues in Digital Portfolio Office, at all-time support the Digital Organization and Business stakeholders. Whether it is in day-today support towards stakeholders or participating as member of relevant internal governance bodies, assisting in facilitating Quality assurance.
This position entails a preference for working structured with frameworks, processes and systems. But it will also require a high level of outgoing service-minded approach, and the ability to be pro-active and pragmatic to help solve challenges without compromising policies.

What You Bring:
- University degree, Masters is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience with Project Portfolio Management and preferable experience from different business domains and Operating Models
- Experience as Project/Program Manager within IT, Product Development or domains.
- Experience in Capacity/Resource management in connection to projects and portfolio’s.
- Experience with financial management in connection to projects and portfolios
- Alternatively experience within Management/Business consultancy.
- Knowledge with the different Project and Portfolio methodologies and models, certification is preferred (e.g. Prince2, EP3, PMI, IPMA, SaFe, MSP or related).
- Experience in working in an international environment.
- Excellent Stakeholder Management.
- Fluent communication skills in English.
- Personal drive and independent mindset.
