The Position
For our office in Willebroek we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner.
You will be a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving HR strategies that support business goals and foster a high-performance culture.
In your role, you will provide operational support and advice on all aspects of people management to our leaders and team members. You will lead and participate in specific HR activities, including recruitment, salary reviews, negotiations, organizational changes and competence development.
You will also play a pivotal role in supporting our IGNITE project—a major transformation initiative implementing SAP across all European entities.
You will report to the Director HR Advisory & Comp and Ben and work in close relation with the Senior Director IGNITE and Corporate Development.
Your Responsibilities
- Partner with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Drive the full employee lifecycle, from recruiting and onboarding to offboarding.
- Provide strategic HR guidance on key people-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, talent management and leadership development
- Support the IGNITE project by aligning HR processes with SAP implementation and change management efforts.
- Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
Your Profile
Your Profile
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar senior HR role in an international context.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability.
- Experience working in a high-paced international environment is highly valued.
- Data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with leaders and employees at all levels.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Dutch (multilingual is a plus).
- Curious and eager to continue to develop and contribute with your expertise, knowledge and personality.
