Poultry Sizing Field Auditor

Perform accurate and timely distribution of all requested reports and information compiled within the Food Safety/QA scope.

Ensure USDA regulated programs are properly monitored and adimistered at the sizing facilities.

Assist with customer complaints.

Assist to improve sizing quality and reduce noncompliance issues.

Ensure managment and facilities have the sizing tools and equipment necessary to perform the job.

Reduct out of specification product through awareness.

Perform audits as requested.

All other relevant duties.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and understanding of USDA regulations.
• Auditing and training experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong computer knowledge and skills.
• Good math skills
• Sizing experience in the poultry industry preferred.
