Job Description Summary

The Graphic Designer, part of the Marketing Creative Services Hub, delivers high-quality visual solutions across sales materials, digital graphics, content marketing, client presentations, event assets, and property collateral. This role ensures timely, consistent, and brand-aligned design execution using Adobe Creative Cloud and, when needed, Microsoft 365 applications especially PowerPoint and Word to support diverse marketing initiatives under tight deadlines.

About The Role:

  • Interpret and execute creative requests by reviewing briefs or project requirements and collaborating with the Creative Lead/Manager on design vision.
  • Develop and refine marketing materials (digital, print, presentations, events, property collateral) that communicate key messages and align with brand standards.
  • Provide first-level quality control on creative outputs, finalize projects for review, and prepare files for distribution or production.
  • Coordinate production processes including print preparation, packaging artwork, and liaising with Project Coordinators or Marketing Operations Managers.
  • Manage workload and deadlines by prioritizing projects, maintaining communication with stakeholders, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in marketing, creative services, or a production environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong design skills in creating infographics, iconography, charts, and other visuals; knowledge of HTML or web design is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication and customer service skills.
