Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing, brand storytelling, and event engagement. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing online campaigns, managing social media presence, coordinating conference sponsorships, and producing compelling marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Campaigns:

• Plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, email, etc.)
• Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights

Social Media Management:

• Develop and schedule engaging content across social media channels
• Monitor engagement and respond to community interactions
• Track analytics and adjust strategies to improve reach and impact
• Conference & Event Marketing:
• Coordinate sponsorships and promotional activities for industry conferences and events
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and visibility
• Manage logistics and marketing collateral for events
• Marketing Collateral & Branding:
• Create and maintain brochures, presentations, case studies, and other promotional materials
• Ensure all materials align with brand guidelines and messaging
• Support internal communications and sales enablement efforts

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role
• Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Experience with B2B marketing and event coordination is a plus
