The Role
CCSG operates across Insurance, Asset Finance and Banking and Finance sectors.
Due to extensive business growth, we have acquired a new state of the art premise near Town Hall station in Sydney's CBD. This is an incredible opportunity to join a dynamic team responsible for managing credit accounts for our clients.
As the Finance Manager, you will oversee the daily financial operations, ensure compliance and accurate reporting, and supports the companyβs strategic goals. The role includes leading a team, driving process improvements, and partnering with stakeholders to enhance financial performance.
We work on a hybrid working model (3 days in the office and 2 days at home).

Responsibilities
Hereβs an example of your day to day:
- Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team;
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations and compliance;
- Deliver accurate monthly and annual reporting;
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships;
- Ensure payroll is accurate, timely, and compliant;
- Drive budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis;
- Partner with leaders to support strategic decisions;
- Improve financial processes, systems, and controls.
Requirements
Culture fit is key and we value both experience and qualities such as:
- CIMA, CA, or CPA qualified with 10+ years finance experience, including 3-5 years in a management role;
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial reporting;
- Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office, and Xero (Employment Hero Payroll desirable);
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
