What You Will Do :
- Leverage Adobe Target to execute personalized experiences and A/B testing across digital platforms.
- Build and manage audience segments in Adobe Audience Manager for targeted campaigns. •
- Design and execute orchestrated customer journeys, ensuring consistent and relevant messaging across touchpoints.
- Plan, implement, and optimize Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns (Google Ads, Bing) and Paid Media (social, display, programmatic).
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Analyze data and create reports on campaign performance, personalization efforts, and audience engagement.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy standards
You Will Be A Great Fit If You
- Proven expertise in Adobe Target (A/B testing, personalization) and Audience Manager (segment creation, taxonomy management).
- Strong understanding of journey orchestration tools and best practices. Demonstrated success managing SEM and Paid Media campaigns across Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
- Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Certification in Adobe Target or Adobe Audience Manager is a plus
