• Business Assurance in Japan consists of 2 main service lines, i.e. Management System Certification and Training.

The Lead Auditor – IATF is responsible for achieving growth in sales through new business development, leading the delivery of projects and ensuring service excellence to clients. This position helps clients to improve the quality and safety of their business performance through the application of internationally recognized standards. This position reports to the Quality Manager.
IATF リード・オーディターは、新規事業開発を通じて売上成長を達成し、プロジェクトのデリバリーを主導し、顧客への卓越したサービスを確保する責任を担っています。このポジションは、国際的に認知された規格の適用を通じて、クライアントのビジネスパフォーマンスの品質と安全性の向上を支援します。このポジションは品質マネージャーの直属となります。

• Conduct 3rd party audits for IATF 16949 and other management system certification audits in line with DNV PhilosophyDNV Philosophyに沿ったIATF 16949およびその他のマネジメントシステム認証監査のための第三者監査を実施する。
• Provide timely and accurate reviews of customer corrective action and closure 顧客の是正処置とその完了に関するタイムリーで正確なレビューの提供
• Document and report audit activities and results
• 監査活動と結果の文書化と報告
• Interact directly with clients at all levels of management in developing timely, complete, and accurate report of their current level of compliance or implementation of their management system
• 顧客の現在のコンプライアンスレベルやマネジメントシステムの実施状況について、タイムリーで完全かつ正確な報告書を作成するため、あらゆるレベルのマネジメント層と直接やり取りを行う。
• Generate leads & opportunities for IATF 16949 Scheme and across services and pass on to salesIATF 16949スキームとサービス全般に関するリードと機会を創出し、営業に伝える。
• Maintain schedule of audit activity with customers 顧客との監査活動のスケジュール管理
• Maintain appropriate auditor credentials / qualifications and pursue advancement of those credentials and other related credentials as needed適切な審査員資格／認定を維持し、必要に応じてこれらの資格およびその他の関連資格の昇格を追求する。
• Support operations by proactive scheme qualification and NACE Code competence approvals to enable faster scheduling of audits / training審査／トレーニングの迅速なスケジューリングを可能にするため、スキーム資格およびNACEコードの能力承認を積極的に行い、業務をサポートする。
• Contribute to the growth and development of a world-class, industry-leading auditing team業界をリードするワールドクラスの監査チームの成長と発展に貢献する。

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree　学士号または修士号
• 6 years full time appropriate practical experience in the automotive industry (OEM, Tier 1, Tier 2) including 2 years dedicated to Quality Assurance activities within the last 10 years　自動車業界（OEM、Tier1、Tier2）において、フルタイムで適切な実務経験6年（過去10年以内に品質保証業務に従事した2年を含む）
• Successful completion of the common IATF 16949 sanctioned auditor examination.　IATF 16949公認審査員試験に合格していること。
• Hold valid IATF 16949 certification credentials　有効なIATF16949認証資格を持っていること
• Knowledge of certification process and standards with relation to planning (required number of man-days and audit frequency, incl. multi-site sampling)　計画（必要な工数および審査頻度、複数サイトのサンプリングを含む）に関連する認証プロセスおよび基準の知識。
• Effective communication skills in English and Japanese　英語と日本語による効果的なコミュニケーション・スキル
• Ability to work in a team, delivering and leading teams to produce high quality deliverables on time and in budget　チーム内で業務を遂行し、チームを率いて期限内・予算内に高品質の成果物を納品する能力
• Ability to lead multiple projects in parallel, often with conflicting demands and timelines　複数のプロジェクトを並行して指揮する能力。
• Able to clearly delegate tasks and provide sufficient guidance, support and feedback on performance in constructive manner to Management　明確に業務を委任し、十分な指導、サポート、パフォーマンスに関するフィードバックを建設的な方法で経営陣に提供できる。
• Willingness to travel and work around Japan and other locations.
